This dip is magic in a way that compliments almost any dish. A refreshing chilled sauce that will surely bring your tastebuds to life. This is one of my favorite weekly Keto recipes, because it is super quick and easy, and can be kept in the fridge for days. It's even better after a day or two later, after soaking up all those delicious aromas.
I've found that so many mediocre dishes can be transformed just by adding a side of this tzatziki. It is perfect for the warmer months, as it is served cold, tastes light, and is PACKED with fresh flavors. One bowl, a few ingredients, and voila. You're experiencing the joy of a simple, yet life-altering dish.
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. The most important step for this recipe is to make sure your cucumber is seeded. The seeds carry water, which will ultimately ruin your sauce.
2. Dice and slice all of your ingredients, mix thoroughly in a bowl, and keep in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
3. Enjoy this dip chilled alongside fresh veggies, as a side to any meat or fish (like smoked salmon), naan, falafel, chips, potatoes, burgers, sandwiches, or as a salad dressing. The possibilities are endless.
4. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Enjoy this dip as an addition to any of your favorite vegetables, bread, or meat. I hope this recipe becomes one of your staples, as it has for my family. Nothing beats a simple and delicious sauce that never gets old.
Cheers & Eat Well,
Kristina
