Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
Unroll the pastry dough, and cut into long, thin triangles (as seen in the picture).
If you are using normal-sized dogs, cut them into halves or thirds to make smaller pieces.
You can slightly salt your dough triangles before rolling up your dogs for an enhanced flavor and a better outcome!
Roll up each dog by placing it at the wide end of your triangle, holding in place, and rolling to the tip of your triangle until it’s folded into a nice pretty “blanket.”
Place on your baking sheet, and leave an inch of space between each dog. Crack and whip your egg in a small bowl, and bast each pastry with the egg. Continue coating the dogs until all the egg is used up.
Now sprinkle generously with the life-changing “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 12-17 minutes (up to 20 minutes for larger pieces) or until pastry is flaky and doesn’t look doughy.
Let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy immediately.
