If you were a proper child of the 90’s like me, you’ll appreciate my deep-rooted love of ranch dressing.
I used to Put. It. On. Everything.
Pizza, sandwiches, fries, bacon, veggies, and occasionally salad.
When I moved to the Czech Republic six years ago, I knew there were going to be sacrifices, but I had no idea how difficult it was going to be to find what I thought to be such a universal dipping sauce.
I was devastated.
So I did what any sane person would. I smuggled suitcases of it every time I made the voyage back from the states.
While I was hesitant in sharing my ranch with anyone, I was relieved to find Czechs did not share my love for putting ranch on everything. I did, however, recruit a few guys who now refuse to eat pizza without it.
Fast forward years later, and I’ve given up the mass exporting of ranch. The bottles were getting seriously heavy!
I am so excited to share with you the easiest, most delicious keto ranch dressing recipe. One bowl, a few simple ingredients.
Voila! Ranch heaven.
Best of all, you know what’s in it and can avoid all those nasty additives and preservatives. It’s also a tremendous fat-bomb, Keto-friendly recipe.
Keto Ranch Dressing Recipe
Preparation: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 cup of Ranch
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
This keto ranch can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Whoever discovered this dipping sauce was an absolute genius. It's the condiment that transforms mediocre dishes into memorable ones. After starting Keto, I frequently felt like I was missing out on certain things I used to love, and now that I have ranch back in my life, it makes this diet much more manageable.
