This low-carb bowl of chili is a true crowd-pleaser. Best of all, it requires simple ingredients found in most household pantries. Whenever I'm unsure what to eat, this famous keto chili recipe is my go-to winter dish. You can also serve it over rice or pasta if low-carb isn't your diet.
What You'll Need
- 1In a large skillet, saute onions in olive oil over medium heat.
- 2Add beef and sausage, cook until fully browned.
- 3Add all spices, then water (start with ⅓ cup) and tomatoes. Stir well.
- 4Boil and reduce to a simmer for ½ hour.
Serve hot and top with green onions, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
*This chili has a medium spice level to it. If you want a milder version, omit the jalapeño.
